Dr. Mangondato has founded a variety of successful Silicon Valley ventures in technologies including business services, insurance processing and medical devices. Joining Software Pronto, Inc. as a founder, Dr. Mangondato overseas all blended development thus insuring reduced production costs and facilitating round-the-clock development. |

Jan D. Narkiewicz, Chief Technical Officer
Location: Silicon Valley Campus
Mr. Narkiewicz has worked for Raytheon, Lotus, and IBM in industries ranging from messaging, logistical support, multimedia delivery, and financial services. He serves as Academic Coordinator for U.C. Berkeley Extensions Windows/.NET Program. He has taught for U.C. Santa Cruz, Golden Gate University and Berkeley's Haas School of Business. Mr. Narkiewicz has coauthored a dozen books and a like number of articles. More importantly he has shipped a score of quality projects ranging from desktop applications to web services to web sites.
Mr. Narkiewicz oversees all development at Software Pronto, Inc.

Paul Hrisko, Director of Project Management
Location: Manila Campus
Mr. Hrisko has over 15 years of experience in product/application development, project management, systems architecture and network management with a variety of organizations specializing in online products. Prior to Software Pronto, Mr. Hrisko was Partner/ Director of Technology for Inovia Media, LLC., a group focused on providing result-driven solutions industries including financial, consumer electronics, and real estate.
Mr. Hrisko brings expertise in Internet marketing and business development most recently through his tenure as Director of Professional Services for Elipze. As New Media Development Manager for Crain Communications Mr. Hrisko was responsible for new product development, developing a satellite-delivered multi-media system with Intel Corp. Prior to that he was at Modem Media where he provided the interface between marketing and technology teams for clients such as Delta Air Lines, John Hancock and Lucent. He has also served in numerous capacities at Prodigy Services Company. |

Martin D. Casey, Vice President Development
Location: Silicon Valley Campus
Mr. Casey has worked for Lotus, IBM, DEC, HP and in industries ranging from retail commercial application development, Add-on Development; Real Time embedded DOD applications, High-End integration work for Lotus with PeopleSoft and SAP. He has taught ASP development for U.C. Berkeley Extensions Windows/.NET Program. Mr. Casey has shipped millions of copies of the products worldwide and has a proven track record of delivering quality end-user applications. |

Reynold N. Macainan, Vice President, Operations
Location: Manila Campus
Mr. Macainan is a seasoned software engineer, he have been involved in the development of client server and multi-tiered applications for several private and government organizations. He has obtained experienced in OOP, windows and web development, backend database scripting, XAML(WPF), Web Services, Data Warehousing and RDBMS design.
His areas of responsibilities include day-to-day operations of the Manila campus, project management and improvement of the company’s products and services. His work also extended to team leading windows and web applications development using leading-edge technology. |
